  While this item came with broken glass, the seller did an amazing job packing it, it just broke for whatever reason. With that said, the seller was AMAZING!! They got back to me right away with my concerns, no problem, apologized several times even though it wasn't their fault. This seller was friendly, efficient, great customer service, would definitely use again!! Because the item was broken, I was refunded right away. Also, I should mention the candle in the broken glass smelled very good!

  The cartridge arrived on time and was in good packaging. Was little unsure due to the missing label but it’s exactly what was listed. Lost my old copy but this is a good replacement, especially at the price.
