Ordered in advance of an upcoming project and not 5 minutes before I needed it so the processing/shipping time was not a big deal. 1 week is acceptable for processing order/shipping to and from one side of the country to another.     I have reluctantly changed my seller feedback from negative to neutral. The seller claims that he was able to resolve the problem with this transaction. That s not true. He says that his listing shows 3 days from payment to shipping under Handling time. Also not true. That heading does not even exist on the listing. He was in no particular hurry to ship my manual but acted with lightning fast speed when he saw that I had left negative feedback. I m done with this issue and this seller.
