Communication was quick, updates regarding shipping were on point, shipping was fast, and the item was so perfectly packaged it would be near impossible for it to be damaged during shipping.     This arrived very quickly in excellent packaging and as described which was "used" but the condition of this set was EXCELLENT. I am very pleased with this purchase. It was / is an excellent value. I would purchase it again if I were to do it over. Special thanks to seller for thoughtfully wrapping this set in a plastic bag first before boxing. This extra step was much appreciated for the extra layer of protection. Sometimes the outer package is quite damaged in transit.

    Perfect transaction. No need for shipping as I was local and was able to pick up directly from the seller. It was packaged appropriately for local pick up. The items are exactly as described and new the ties would cost $98 so I got a great value Highly recommend!

    Postage cost as listed. The packaging(bubble-wrap postage envelope) worked surprisingly well for an international delivery. This was a book and it survived with no bumps or dents on the corners or spine. Exactly as described and great value. the Grandchildren will love it. thank you very much.
