I called the number listed on Google and they said they would help. BUT they ended up taking information for a replacement iPad AND ended up putting close to $2000 dollars on credit card and on Apple Pay. They also (2) men ask me to call them back on Saturday and I did and they ran up the payments. After calling Apple and Credit card company fraud department I received several calls yesterday from them.

Seller shipped the item promptly, but USPS lost the package and sadly it took three weeks to arrive (missing Christmas). Contacted the seller and they initiated a missing package search, then kept in contact until the package was finally delivered. They went above and beyond, and I absolutely appreciate it!
