  Good communication, good product quality, but the pads were fitted the wrong way. I sized up two sizes to allow room for clothing, yet it is still very tight with little space in the crotch. Difficult to put on and harder to take off. Works as a stop-gap but not a long-term solution. Delivery was faster than expected.

  Sadly Hermes have once again been unable to provide the service paid for as one more delivery driver devices to have some with free items. Seller refunded with no issues and maintain good communication throughout. Great ebayer terrible delivery company.

  I am always cautious when making expensive purchases on-line. After appropriate research I went ahead and bought the massage chair. The level of customer service after the sale and during the delivery process was outstanding. I received full and clear instructions and more importantly the warranty for my purchase.
