Everything was resolved and the item is exactly as advertised.

It attaches to the wheelchair easily after a little bit of set up. I will report back once I’ve assessed range etc. I’m very happy with it! One thing to mention is that the customer service is brilliant. The seller replies promptly to messages and does their best to help.
