  From the very start, the seller’s communication was outstanding, and they offered me an excellent deal. They went above and beyond to provide detailed information regarding VAT and customs, answering all my questions promptly. Unfortunately, the item arrived with slight damage, but the seller was extremely apologetic and transparent. They immediately offered either a full refund upon return or a partial refund. Overall, a trustworthy and customer focused seller! I will be buying from them again!

  Arrived well packed, I haven't even opened the box as it's a surprise gift for my SO. Arrived in a kikkoman soy sauce box, so she had no idea what was in it. I may open it to further check the condition, but seller gives no reason to not trust how well the item is packed. It was dispatched very quickly from the seller, and communication was very open & responsive. Price was also quite solid, I know this is a hard to find item, being a lottery only item.

  authentic card and great value, it was priced very fairly! order came as described in near mint condition, it was packaged very well. amazing customer service as well, seller was friendly and very helpful with answering any concerns i had. overall, i am very happy with my purchase and i absolutely recommend this seller. would buy from again!! ^_^
