    This is an excellent quality item and the eBay seller is good with no problems from the seller or the item. However, the USPS shipping was a horrible experience. It shouldn’t take 15 days for this item to be delivered. It’s not the shipper’s fault. The fault lies entirely on the USPS. I would have paid extra to be able to ship via UPS.

    I never received the item I ordered it turned out it had not even been shipped, however they promptly issued a refund when asked so I don't want to leave a negative rating since they did issue the refund fast and also communicated well. I am not sure what happened though, no one ever told me but I am glad I didn't have to open a case.

    Seller claimed that original item was not in good shape and asked to send a different item. That's called "bait and switch". They did issue a refund and did correspond. I'm guessing they changed their mind on the price we agreed to. Have bought from in the past and they were fine. Time to find a new vendor.

    Hello, you purchased the used TB54 ball head in September and November, this ball head is a product returned by the customer. We will inspect the ball head again before shipping. In November, after you placed an order, the warehouse reported that the ball head was damaged, and we could only give you a refund. We sent you an email detailing the reason, but you ignored the email.

    Seller did send an email claiming the item I purchased was damaged. Seller suggested a different item. I declined and asked for a refund. I did not ignore their email. Seller did refund. Seller's claims now are false. Sad. I will note that seller used the same response from both of their ARTCISE accounts. Obviously they are connected. I'm guessing they decided not to sell the item for the agreed upon price from either account, and there was no damaged item.
