  I tried to contact the buyer several times, but received no reply. Still, I went ahead and issued a full refund to resolve the issue. The item was exactly as described — a matched pair of gemstones that were clearly disclosed in the listing as heat-treated with residues to enhance clarity and appearance. This is a standard and accepted treatment in the gemstone industry, and I was fully transparent about it in the product details.I always aim to provide honest listings, fast shipping etc

  I was pleased when I unpacked this emerald. It definitely looked better to the naked eye than the picture. It's near perfect but has just the right amount of inclusion to look as though its been mined. Great cut, super nice. A quality product that was in excellent condition. I received great value for what I paid. Thanks for an excellent transaction. I will do business again.
