  Item arrived as described. Exactly what I was looking for. Packaging (bubble wrap envelope) worried me, but the items were all undamaged. I would do business with this seller again, but would ask for better packaging for a higher dollar value item.

  Fast shipping, the tile is clean without chips or scratches, the trivet arrived without damage - so packaging was sufficient, and the price plus shipping cost was fair. The tile with frame holder is as described by the seller. The value of the frame was a plus. I suspect this will become wall art rather than seeing use as a trivet. I'm pleased with the purchase, thanks.
