  I hv paid on 16/7 and yet I didn’t see the product being dispatched. I gave it a few days b4 I asked for tracking info then I was told the product was lost in transit. A “replacement” was then sent I was told and it should arrive this week. The reality is it is still in Chicago!! It is definitely the WORST experience ever!! It has been almost a month since I paid yet I still did not receive it!! If I didn’t ask for tracking info, I wonder if an “replacement” would be sent to me!!

The replacement item was sent and as I mentioned in my message to you, the tracking number was provided in the ebay transaction details which is EPG011024014867040.
