    I ordered size 12 regular then afterwards realized I probably needed a wide. I messaged the seller and they promptly replied saying they would send 12 wide. True to their word a few days later a pair of 12 wide boots arrived. They were well packaged and brand new as described. The price was very reasonable and the quality was above my expectations. I’m very pleased with the product and the amazing customer service from the seller. I highly recommend this seller.

    Fast shipping, good packaging, as described. Smooth transaction. I recommend using a shipping box for hats instead of a shipping envelope. The hat was crushed during shipping. Hopefully the creases from being crushed comes out.

    The seller's price was acceptable, and it was shipped properly by the seller...however, USPS messed up the previous day by sending the package back to the Post Office and designating "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" and was preparing to return to the sender. I messaged the seller early Christmas Eve. The sender notified me they would send a refund within 3 days. The package ARRIVED around Noon, Christmas Eve. Good Job on the part of the seller...Not So Good for USPS...Package was "ADDRESSED CORRECTLY!"
