  Good description and price. There was a problem with the delivery but this appears to be the courier and not the seller. Once the seller was informed of there being no delivery, they sorted the situation out and put a replacement item in the post which did arrive a few days later. Very impressed with the customer service

  ordered 4 x grey pillowcases, what i received is 4 x latte pillowcase, dont know if sellers colour description isnt acurate or they have sent out wrong colour by error, only leaving positive feedback as cant be doing with pms from ebay everyday saying leav feedback and to leave negative for some reason only known by ebay you have to wait 7 days, total waste of money and not what i ordred, first time dealing with this seller and will be the last.

  ordered grey, seller sent latte, wont take my word for it or offer refund and return, wants me to send a photo i do not have smartphone and am not technical so at stale mate, not worth the agro for 6 quid, will write this down to a bad tansaction and gift them away, go to the shop well you can pick up what you want in right colour without arguing the toss, will not use this seller again.

  There was a problem with my order (wrong colour sent) but these guys were fantastic. When they realised they could not fulfill my order, they quickly provided postage labels so that I could send the items back and refunded the money I had spent. All through this their communication was exceptional. When everything goes okay it's always easy. It's when something is not right that you find out just how good (or bad) a company is and these guys were excellent.

  amazing how the parcel gets torn open at 2 corners,to see what's in it before delivery just in case it might not get here lost in post or something but they arrived look good value 4 money new fine quality arrived in 2 days message today was they have been posted i've been using them since Friday 26th
