  Buyer beware! Seller neglected to include the mount, which is shown in the listing. There's no way for me to mount this into my car without it. I had to check-in with him twice to get a response on whether he could locate it. Then he suggested I buy some cheap brackets from Home Depot...his treat, which is laughable. The bracket is a large piece which encases the entire player, both holding it in place and protecting it. He knows this. Ooph.

  As stated in my communication, this item was listed over 5 years ago and we were unable to locate the mount - I sent a working CD player and offered a discount, in order to assist in solving the mount issue. I also offered to fully refund the item. I'm not sure what your goal was, over a $700 CD player you bought for $60, and a $5 mount which could probably be purchased from the dealer. Ended up refunding the item and letting the buyer keep it for free. Thank you for the negative feedback.

  Item arrived completely corroded. Was billed as a good working unit. Does not power up. Look at the condition of the unit in the pictures! Seller states it is not the unit they sent and " good luck" figuring out who sent it. Absolute bottom-feeders selling junk like this and then not standing by their own "warranty." Will never do business with them again and I urge anyone else to stay away. Outfit address says NC, item shipped from FL and took a week to get to TX. Buyer Beware!!!

  Unfortunately this is quite a difficult one for me to figure out. We took off and sent a working cd changer/cluster. I have photos of the item when it left our facility that was not corroded. I am not sure what photos of a corroded cluster the buyer has uploaded. I asked for the original cluster to be sent back to us if they wanted a refund but they were unable to provide. Despite the deception, buyer still received a refund and left negative feedback. Great experience.

  Looked over this purchase again to be sure. This item was fully refunded through eBay and we dealt with the buyer offsite. I really dislike doing that but they had some specific requests for the radio. I certainly will not be entertaining that again.
