  Post Office and eBay did a bad job period. The seller was given excuses and considering he has a business to run, he doesn’t have time to run out to PO every time an item appears missing or is extremely late. eBay did not provide accurate information and the PO tracking was abysmal. The item is in great shape and the seller did a solid packing job. From his end he did what he could do. I’m happy.
