    They were very helpful and kind to me when I had questions, even if the questions were silly. They also responded quickly and provided extra photos when I asked. Shipping went super fast, and they started the process the moment I made the payment. Packaged well, and the plushie I ordered was exactly like described in the post, which was a very very very good price for the condition of the plushie. I’m extremely happy :)
