One bulb was broke when it came and they sent two replacements in the post within 24 hours. Communications were excellent and within 12 hours. Bulbs worked a treat and look great. They acknowledged that the LED bulbs sent were the wrong length (no fault of their own), However they agreed to send another 2 pack at the right length at no extra cost!
