  Items hadn’t arrived and there was no tracking so contacted seller re delivery update. Seller was helpful in contacting carrier, DPD and let me know it had been delivered to a neighbour instead of my address. Unfortunately Neighbour was away and parcel was left outside so it was a bit damp but contents are ok.

  It must've been a very old stock as net arrived originally packaged and unopened, but super yellow instead of brilliant white I got from IKEA just before ordering more from this seller. Price was doubled, as this curtains cost £4 at IKEA and this seller is selling for £7.99. I created a return and was waiting for my money back untill last day before can ask ebay to step in and help, which was rude. No word of apology of course, hence this the only honest feedback I can make.

  Dear customer first of all we are very sorry you didn't llike the item. We have responded and appologise straight away once you said you don't like the item. we accepted return request straight away . .As per ebay policy we have refunded straight away after receiving item back.

  Exactly what I needed, took a little time to get here, but it was no fault of the seller. They took the time to send again even though the courier lost the first one. Excellent service.
