    As a seller on Etsy, I can really appreciate the care that the seller of this tray took to make sure it arrived safely. It was quadruple wrapped and taped which unfortunately is a necessity with the US Post Office. The item is just as described. My husband broke the one I’d had 20 years, so I can’t wait to get this one seasoned! Thanks a bunch!

    Even though the package was delayed and then received damaged, my experience with this seller was very good. It is rare to find a vendor who is as easy to work with as arch_antiques. Excellent communication and painless resolution! While this purchase didn't work out, I would definitely purchase from them again if I found something I liked. The fault with delay and damage was not theirs.

    Item arrived after some serious damage to the Shipping Box and Somebody in the delivery system Just taped it with ebay tape in half open box Deliverd to me by courier . The item itself was in org box and lots of nice bubble wrap and that must have saved the dvd player To survive the trip. Great communication with Seller after and Does not understand how that could happen. I guess just abused during shipping somehow. Would buy again from seller.
