  The Seller had great communication throughout the process. They were not totally understanding to my situation, however did do their best to helping me with my issue. I did not receive the item purchased, but the Seller issued a refund.

  Late shipping, took 8 business days to produce a tracking number and then another 6 business days to get it to USPS (description says UPS). Over 3 weeks from payment to receive my sticker. Damaged on arrival, decal showed up with wrinkles and creases packed in a flimsy box. Wrong item, colors were way off and the decal design was actually different than the advertised photo. I can't recommend this seller for this particular decal. Sad to wait so long for a product that is obviously wrong. :[

  Did not ship late...read the handling times...Item arrived on time proven by delivery date. Decal was not damaged at all and I approved the return immediately and received them in perfect condition as they had arrived to you. All items are packed in boxes Karen. Colors matched the original...not the colors you imagined they would be. I knew you were a problem when you first contacted me about how perfect you expected things while asking for the cheapest price. Horrible customer.

  S&H took 14 business days you can see it in the tracking history. You advertise a 5 business day S&H time. Colors were not even close I have seen plenty of these. Background was more of a green than a grey. The design was a different PC10 side art, not the one you have pictured. There were creases on the front and back when I got it. Saying you got them back in perfect condition is a lie. All of this is shown in the pictures. I also didn't ask anything about prices I inquired about the size.

  quality was good, shipping and communication need improvement. if i wasn't in a hurry it would have been fine. on the last day to ship put in a tracking number then another week until it was dropped at usps. not the end of the world, just a heads up to other buyers.

  I apologize for the delay...I do explain this in my FAQ section as I only ship on fridays after the 7 business day handling time due to personal reasons. I understand some folks are in a hurry, but I do ask that they read by FAQ section for more information. thank you and sorry for the delay.

  False advertisement is the same price as an actual arcade game. Paid over $250 dollars for 6 posters that was rolled up so condition wasn’t the best. Was not worth the money for only 6 posters that didn’t go together. Description says arcade machine, even picture of an arcade machine is very misleading. Contacted seller and he was very rude and said he would report if I asked for a refund due to false advertising and statements.

  I cannot believe I have to defend this, but the listing states clearly in the title that this is for a 6 piece artwork set that Fits the Ms Pac Man arcade cabinet. In the description there is a list that describes exactly what you will receive with the order. The customers failure to read the listing was no fault of mine, but I did offer to refund them if they returned the items at their own cost for shipping. They refused to do so and instead left me negative feedback. Reported Customer
