  Initially had a issue with the post office losing the item, but the seller responded nearly immediately to the INR and made it right super fast. They replaced the item that was lost by the post office, and made it right. I strongly recommend this seller.

  Box arrived several days late (USPS's fault - the seller shipped it fast!) and looking like it was beat to hell - ripped corners, etc. Inside was a set of books I'd believe were new, matching the listing's description exactly, having sustained no damage in shipping at all.   Exactly as described and as pictured. The seller packaged the item very carefully. I really appreciate the item being bubble wrapped when placed in the box. The item arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend this seller.
