  Everything came as pictured, packaged well, prettty, and in good health. They were a few shops available that had what I needed for my science lab late. This shop was the only shop claiming to get to me anywhere near the time frame that I needed. They got it to me that Friday giving me a whole extra 4 days to work on my project than anyone else would! When I communicated the urgency, they responded instantly offering to go straight after they closed up to send. I could not be more grateful.

  Great seller! The culture appeared healthy and in good condition upon delivery. 1 week later, I thought my culture had died, but after reaching out, he quickly responded, asked for photos, and gave helpful advice. I added more water as suggested and the culture bounced back, now growing rapidly. Clearly high quality stock to survive my mistakes. Now, I have an endless supply for a great price. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

  The item was exactly as described, with no visible damage or blemishes. The price is significantly better than similar products from other sellers. I received the item 3 days after purchasing it. My shrimp love it and I had success at fixing plants to it. I am very satisfied with purchasing from this seller and I will definitely consider doing so again.

  The worms cooked in the mail, which I informed the seller of, and they said it was 100° when they shipped them and said that they should've been fine. Then they attempted to blame me for the cultures failing because I used rice, when I know lots of people use rice with no issue. I guess I got what I paid for. :/ FYI I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted to let them know since the order was packed so nicely, and I thought they'd care.

  During shipping, the temperature did not exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I suggested that my supplier offers other culture media, and that you follow my suggestions regarding the media you use. I find it odd to expect ready-to-use worms four days after receiving the starter. The photos show mold on the surface caused by the lack of mixing. I believe that if the buyer doesn't follow the directions provided with the starter, they are solely responsible for the failure.
