  I received these snails yesterday and was a little concerned. It took about 24 hrs for them to decide to get up and move around. They are so cute. I highly recommend this seller. He doesn't send out until Mondays so they're not hanging out at the postal service over the weekend. They were packaged with care and well worth the cost! Thank you AquaGeexstore !! Also, I ordered 5 got 6 and all are alive and well Thanks again

  Revising my negative rating to a positive because the seller was sick and unable to communicate with me about my order. Seller contacted me once they felt better and resolved my order issue and even sent a free extra plant. Both plants arrived well packaged and with great root systems. The plants are healthy and vibrant with color. I m very happy with my purchase. Thanks again

  Not sure what happened this time around.. The plants did arrive alive and healthy; but not packaged the same as suggested by the ad, or previous purchases. Normally it is a large portion of moss in a plastic cup with lid; This time I received two small bags.. Not to say this is bad, but it is not like my last purchases from this seller. The portion was also much less because of the packaging. Fortunately this item was delivered to me; The last time I ordered from this seller, it never arrived.

  I had a bad experience with a different seller, plants arrived melted and mooched into a ball(in photos). These plants arrived fast and look amazing for being in a bag for 5 days. Came in an insulated package which was awesome!! Definitely a 5 star, thank you!!!

  Seller sent three tiny Ludwigia stems. Notified seller that I didn't receive what I ordered. All he responded with "the plant is guaranteed." I opened a case with E-Bay, which they forced a return. I know the seller is manipulating the return policy - he can have the win. I decided not to return these stems as they will never be what he claimed he sent They will most likely arrive dead due to the freezing weather. Buy from a reputable honest seller. Not this guy. I'd give negatives.
