  Although I didn't receive the item because of problems with the courier company, the seller, apzikir was very reassuring to me, and sent me another unit in the hope that it would reach me. Unfortunately, this too, never reached me in spite of a different courier being used. At my request, the shop refunded my money to me, and were very courtious and helpful every step of the way, reassuring me that I would not be out of pocket. I recommend this shop to all buyers for its' quality of service.

  I haven't been able to test it yet but I know these gadgets are a top quality product which I picked up at a bargain price, it was delivered securely, well packaged and arrived quickly with excellent communication throughout from this 5 star seller who is highly recommended

  Received the item a dmx WiFi dmx controller. The item came fast, packaged well and seemed fine until i plugged one in. ..one of the controllers was faulty. I messaged the seller and I have gone round in circles trying to return the item, get a refund or get a replacement. They deleted all the messages and offered me £2 off and for me.to take.it to be fixed locally. What a joke! I doubt my problem will be resolved and I would give a word of advice, to buy with caution them this seller.
