  We received the item on time and it looks like the listing. Unfortunately, the listing did not indicate the large size of the item. Most other dog figures sold here are small figurines, about hand-size, so it was a surprise to receive a heavy plaster statue that is 11" tall. It was not packed well given its weight, and so the front paws were completely destroyed during transit. We will repair as well as we can but it's a bit sad. Please do better with describing and packaging in the future!
