  AAAA+++++ Seller. Very good communication quick delivery. Item as described good pricing. Post office carrier wasn’t careful enough. The item got to me broken. I got a video of the carrier dropping really hard on the floor the motor and when I open it up, there were cracks and bends. The seller promptly refund me the money. I really recommend this awesome seller.!!!

  The item arrived quickly and was in overall great condition, just as described. However, I discovered that a small portion was broken, which prevented it from attaching properly.   I received the part in a timelymanner. The part was well packaged in plastic wrap and packing peanuts. I received it working and exactly as described. The price was very decent. If I need anything else, I would buy from this seller gain. We need to support more small USA businesses like this one.

  Excellent seller. Got a super nice note inside the package when I received it. Item was exactly as described and fit perfectly in my microwave. Packaging was a little overkill, they could've used less packaging for such a small item. Shipping was slow considering shipping speeds nowadays but I ordered an item I didn't really need, so it was fine and I waited for the item. Would buy from this seller again.

  Item was exactly as described (freezer shelving), was received within the estimated shipping arrival date. Asked seller to verify that this item would work in our refrigerator and gave them the model number. Seller was very responsive and verified that yes, it would work. And they did! Very pleased with both the purchase and service provided by seller. Would buy from them again.

  Ordered on a Tuesday, received the following Tuesday through UPS. Item was packaged well with lots of styrofoam pellets. The item was as described. It needed a bit of cleanup for aesthetics, but looked very nice after that. It works as it should. I couldn't find this part on any of the appliance parts websites, so was thrilled to find it here for a reasonable price. I really appreciated their guarantee, which made me confident enough to give it a try.
