  Seller responded quickly confirming that this item was correct for my equipment; asked seller to delay shipment for a few days which they did; there was a delay after shipping (not seller's fault) but when finally delivered, it was just as described and was packaged perfectly. Was pleased to find this item at a reasonable price!

  Great seller. I sent him my item # and he looked it up for me and he had one. Item as described and at a great price. Great packaging and super fast shipping. Unfortunately that wasn't the problem. It's the water inlet valve! So, I'm ordering another part and of course from him. Not the sellers fault. I highly recommend him!!! He's super helpful and helped with my problem. Kudo's!!! I'm a fan!!!!

  Shipping was quick, but the mount tab was broken off. (Realized after the fact the pictures they posted of the item was already missing the tab, so ultimately it was as described). They sent a refund and didn't request the product returned. Overall good experience with seller

  Product was exactly as described, came well packaged and at a great price. The seller quickly resolved the slight shipping delay and provided great communication throughout the process.   Shipping: arrived on the date stated Packaging: the shipper packed the glass door very well it had a lot of packing peanut in the box to protect just in case usps employees decided to just toss the box even though the item inside is fragile As described: exact glass door for oven needed, it fit right into the spot, no damages or nothing Value: best value ever because Maytag doesn’t sell this glass door anymore & my old one shattered. & new ovens are expensive I was not going to buy another oven
