  Quality, Condition, Value and appearance are as described. This is not the vendors fault, but the vendor select the delivery courier, and the courier in this instance was bad, said they had tried to deliver and the picture was not even close some random address. Eventually delivered, but ideally required this item 3 days earlier, but that is couriers for you. Anyhow communication with vendor was good, and the item eventually arrived.

  The 4way stretch carpet arrived but again another item sent by Every that again had the packaging torn & damaged, its happening now with every item that every deliver. I'm really thinking of not buying products from ebay sellers anymore who use Every for their delivery's. I had let the seller know how the item arrived & it took over 36 hours for them to reply to my complaint. I have replied back to this seller again but as of yet again I've had no reply from the seller.

  Service with this company is excellent. They are always open to questions you may have and will offer advice on the right product for you. Delivery is very good. Packaging is good and the product is well protected. Tracking is available. Price is very competitive with other companies that offer similar products. Overall I'm well pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I will use them in the future.

  They sent the wrong colour but despite that they accepted a return, generated a return label and gave me a refund within 2 days, apart from not having my material in stock I still rate them as a great seller and the communications were second to none. Only gave 3 stars because they didn’t have what I needed in stock.

  Great service. The reducing Pipe arrived next day and I was able to fit it the same day. It came with the hose clips as advertised and fitted a treat. I would use the seller again. the packaging was good and although slightly expensive. the service was 100%.

  I have used this company a few times with no problems - This time I received damaged packing with most of the contents missing - Sent ebay message to company who re-sent the missing items without question - Therefore good company to deal with and will happily continue to use - Nic.
