  The doll was not the one the showed in the picture but a different version and the box was torn and not in new condition by the time I got it but at least they sent it to me and the doll inside was in new condition even if it wasn't the doll that I wanted for my child. They took my money and they gave me something of equal value for it in return and had it delivered quickly to me so in return they are getting a positive review from me just for trying and not stealing from me. They did OK.
