He didn't have the ordered goods and changed the delivery date while writing (ironically) that if I don't like it, I won't pack it into the shipping truck today and I'll cancel the order, and then he tries to shift the blame to me because he doesn't have the goods and I'm nagging.

Not a good answer, how do I visually tell, no reply. Then I sent them another letter via Ebay, same question, not even a reply! Great product, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM FOR SUPPORT!
