  Fast shipping however, packaging bag was cut open and contents were spilled out in into shipping container thus making it unusable. I could not verify the product quality and safety. I contacted the seller both by phone number on product label (which told me they would refund my money and I could repurchase the product again if I wish) as well as ebay messaging (where I was told that a return label would be mailed to us which has not occured). I do wish this could have worked out differently.

  I gave buyer a full refund even though i received nothing to submit a claim with shipping.

  Headrest covers were brand new and as described and looked fantastic! Very well packaged and shipped out right away from Amazon and received the next day. Thank you very much again for everything! Would highly recommend this seller and would buy from again in the future

  Cute and functional air-tight butter dish with a wood top and spreader knife included. Looks like it will hold 2 sticks of butter. Item was brand new and wrapped carefully. I just wish the seller had answered my messages, which were totally ignored. Shipping was fast, via Amazon Prime which I'm not a member of. I appreciate the fast delivery, but please work on your communication with customers.
