  Item as described, well packaged and sent quickly. Unfortunately, it was inadvertently sent to the wrong address (there things can happen occasionally) but seller was helpful in getting it sorted out and the set arrived safely a couple of days later. Excellent and helpful communication

  Yodel was late in delivering and I contacted the seller who very quickly replied that they had checked and I could expect delivery that day. They also package the item extremely well so even Yodel can't damage it!

  Item that arrived was damaged and had parts missing, was not as it left the factory. Vendor very apologetic, gave instant refund, and told me not to bother to send it back. This will stop it being sent out accidentally to another customer. Vendor did the right thing.

  I found the supplier on EBay, so had no direct contact with him. But the order arrived just as I was running out of the tube I had bought locally, so I shall be more than happy to order from the same supplier in future.

  item arrived well packed informed buy the post office via email it had been delivered today and left in a secure location. I collected it within 30 mins. thankyou very much. Would recomend this seller 5 * service.
