  This seller went above and beyond after I screwed up my address on my order (I put in the street address for where I am staying for work, but the city, state, and zip for my home address 900 miles away). They were quick to respond when I realized my mistake and then they contacted the delivery service to correct the delivery address. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

  Printer came look as listed box took a beating. All looks good but will let you know is any was damaged by FedEx. They almost last it as they sent it to the wrong address Sunday but corrected it and got it delivered it today. Photo some more of the damage to the box. Any damage is on FedEx if any is found. Very happy that this with the magnetic PEI.

  They shipped quickly but there was a shipping delay. Then the package arrived severely damaged. Even though the packaging was very good, it appeared to have had a fall so bad that a few part inside showed impact damage! Got a full refund...and I was allowed to keep the damaged unit. No idea if actually works though as I haven't been able to test it due to my work itinerary. A bit disappointed, but the customer service was good.
