Seller willing to work with you on pricing. Shipped very quickly by seller. Unfortunately USPS is the worst shipper out there. Took at least a week to 10 days longer than it should’ve. Item was within an hour of my house in NJ then shipped to Massachusetts for no apparent reason. Not the sellers fault. Seller was proactive in communication and made multiple attempts to track package down. Would buy from seller again.

Even offered to send me another Tricycle to cover the one that was lost. Finally got the product in and it was as described. Great customer service and very quick to help with any issues that may arise. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.
