  Packaging great. CP does a great job shipping. The coffee/tea pot was as in pics. It was a gift for my mom. Needed Volume heightIt was ok in price & available for years- very odd-a hard sell due to pattern.?.Much, much larger than thought & therefore much heavier. Poor communication. Printer issues delayed printing the label.No seller assistance or reply.He Refused to sell this to mom for years -no reasons given. Now too heavy. ( Very sad for her. Don’t buy from this seller. Buyer beware.

  My order just arrived, but CP hasn’t updated the website or app just yet. The shipping was lightning fast!! The Portmeirion plate is perfect (as described) and was expertly packaged. I will follow this seller and look forward to doing business with them again. Excellent value.
