I'm sure it's an excellent value although I don't have any knowledge yet because I have not had a chance to look at it. The above caused eBay's AI to give me four green checkmarks for describing Shipping, packaging, "as described " and commenting on "value". Their scanner detects what I have written and if I did 'the right thing' I get a green check mark! Underneath, it says "great job!"

None of the tubes arrived broken. Packing was good considering the amount of tubes. The remainder of the tubes with the exception of 11 tubes. We're usable, but weak, also as was described in the auction. These lots are a good deal because you never know what you'll find and I did find a few very usable tubes. I am quite happy with what I've received.
