  I was concerned about other negative feedback for this seller and expected a lat3 delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived quickly and from Sydney as advertised. Unfortunately I did have an issue with setup based on the very poor instructions provided and was not able to use the item. I reached out to the seller and was provided advice in several emails. My issue could not be resolved and the seller sent me a full refund without being asked to do so. Highly recommended seller.

  Poor shipping time. Seller advertised location as California. Shipping partner ships from NY. Takes a week to deliver to USPS. Took ten days overall to arrive. After that this item was advertised to have a one half inch width , I received a Different than advertised item with a three quarter inch width. The width was the reason I purchased from this seller. On the positive side this seller after being emailed did follow through to send a replacement to the advertised original. This item was new
