  very caring seller and person. i contacted them asking for a different angle of the bear and about a detail on the nose because of my ocd. they made the extra effort and were so caring that they sent me multiple angles of the bear to give me reassurance. they responded right away and are a great communicator as well. he was packaged safely and is in brand new condition like he was just made. his fur is so soft and perfectly intact without any rough spots. all my bears are together now. thank you
