  Bought the celestron 8 x 42 binoculars. Unfortunately, I received the wrong model but obviously mistakes do happen, no problem with that. The important thing was that the seller was understanding, apologetic and obviously only too willing to remedy the situation to my complete satisfaction. Communication was almost instant and a satisfactory conclusion was reached in an amicable manner. I'm very happy with the binoculars, the best I've ever had.   I don't know what courier you used, but they left the package in a public place next to a sign saying "Do not leave packages here. Packages have been stolen from here. This is NOT a safe place."
