    Excellent seller. So many sellers to choose from but the listing from this seller stood out and it gave me confidence to buy from them. My phone stopped working and I needed a replacement rather quickly. Ordered on Monday morning and it was with me by Tuesday. Phone was exactly as described, new, sealed and the spec I wanted. I'm very happy with the phone and I got it for a great price as I didn't want to spend a fortune on a mobile phone. Excellent service. Highly recommended seller.

    Unfortunately item didn't arrive and was lost in post between my Royal Mail sorting centre and local delivery centre. The seller posted quickly by tracked 24 so should have arrived on time but seems like someone realised there was a phone and decided to pocket it. Unforunately had to raise a refund with ebay and the seller was great and responded quickly. Hopefully the seller was able to get their money back with Royal Mail. It's now June 2025 a month late and parcel still shows as "in Transit"
