  I bought two new items for my car. The description was clear they were NEW. These items were below normal price and they arrived on time. As soon as I opened the package it was clear the items were removed from another car that had been used for some time. If they were tires I would have described them as part worn. I requested a return within one hour of delivery and received a full refund in three days. Good service and correct items but parts sent to me were second hand.

  I needed 2 of these. The seller only had 1 listed so I checked their items and they had an identical one listed BUT £5 more expensive. I asked if it could be price matched and they declined. Both items arrived pretty quick, and are EXACTLY the same, but I had to pay 2 completely different prices. The seller takes OVER 24 hours to reply to any message, so I gave up trying to communicate.
