  Item arrived in the post today and the postman called on me to point out a yellow label on it stating that counterfeit stamps had been used and asking me to inform the sender which I am doing so now I shall also be informing Ebay of this occurrence and sending a photo of the parcel a surcharge has not been applied on this occasion.
