I asked on the 12th for an update and on the 13th the seller responded "We have been running limited hours. Your item has been packaged and is waiting pick up by the carrier. You should see your tracking update by tomorrow." USPS didn't get the package until the 18th. Seller really needs to work on shipping quicker! They was said that they were in the midst of trying to recover from the destruction caused by the severe whether. I understood the situation wished them well and waited to their ability to responded better. A few days later they contacted me and stated they would issue me a refund, and apologized with the problem I had.Great Seller!
