  Seller did not include all information about the product. The item was shipped from California but when it came time to do the return he said ship to China. He messaged quickly when I purchased, but the item was not as effective as indicated. I started a return and that's when I would send 10 messages and him one every few days not related to what I was asking. He was ignoring me because you only get so much time to return the item. He was waiting for that time to pass. He is still ignoring me

  Buyer think the item is not as effective after just 1 usage. We replied quicly everytime but buyer refuse to send any videos or infomation, also not willing to work with us to adjust the setting data and try it again. It is a physio therapy massager and you need to use it for more than 1 time for a good result. We have been selling this model for more than 2 years and everybody love it.   Initially I believed one of the needles were not correct and notified seller who got back to me immediately. It was MY error and I let him know. I appreciate the great customer service and will order from this company again. Well packaged, delivered on ti e, great product.

  Seller cancelled order after several days waiting for it to ship. Seller relisted items Qty 6 again for more money again after told me they out of stock. Contacted seller and had them take down new listing because it violated Ebay rules. Refunded my money, but their explanation to Ebay was that the Buyer (me) cancelled the order which I did not do - they did.
