They couldn't find the address and they didn't contact me. The rug arrived yesterday. It is beautiful and in excellent condition. The photograph really didn't do it justice. German keyboard instead of UK version shown on listing and sticky residue to base of keyboard. Packing not great either with not much care and jammed into box. Annoyingly message to seller was never replied too so poor comms too. Disappointing as mistakes can happen but didnt even apologise.
