My only issue with the seller is that it would be help if the item in the listing picture is the item the buyer receives. The description in the listing  describes the item condition in a bit more detail, and not just used, untested, and condition information would be more helpful. Ordered it, arrived in time. Packaging was quite safe and impressive, however the screen wasn't compatible with my laptop. Seller takes a while to respond but overall it was a good experience. Shipped the item back for a refund
