  Item was as described, packaged good for shipping. Shipping was a little delayed, but good communication through the process so not an issue. This seat track was very hard to find and quite pricey at other sites. This price was good for a hard to find part. Would recommend doing business with! AAA!!

  Took 10 days to even get the item to the shippers (item bought paid 15th - label printed 19th but item not shipped out till 24th) then another 5 days to my door.. but was product exactly as described and packaged well .. not worth a negative rating there - just had a truck down longer then from unclear shipment expectations

  Seller was great with communication and as described product work right out the box and fix my seat at a fraction of the cost of buying a whole new seat arrived within two days so shipping was fairly quick

  Less expensive than new seats and quicker/easier than fabricating a forward tilt mechanism. With shipping included, the price was fairly reasonable. The product was shipped quickly, described accurately , and arrived securely thanks to the decent packaging job by the seller. I would buy products from this seller again for sure.

  AVOID!!!! Item was incorrectly listed. Took seller 9 days to ship the item. In total, item arrived 15 days after purchase. Once item was received and we realized it was incorrect, seller was messaged. Seller stated he would refund and send a replacement. 2 days later, tracking info was uploaded however a replacement was never shipped. Over the next 10 days, it was realized seller did not have a replacement. Once seller received the return, it took 10 days for the seller to process refund.

  The listing was correct, Buyer purchased the wrong item. Buyer needed an item I did not have in stock. I did my best to assist the Buyer in trying to locate the item. I accepted the return and paid all the shipping fees. Buyer purchased late on a Thursday and the order was processed on the following Monday. Unfortunately UPS was slow to deliver and took 10 days. I am always available to my Buyers and will do what I can to assist.
