  The items were sent bubble wrapped inside a padded envelope. Thankfully they made it unharmed. In the past, I've had other sellers send purchases in envelopes which came crushed and mutilated, so thank God the items arrived intact. My preference is always boxed, even if it costs more. It's always best to err on the side of caution.

  The valve didn't work as it should have when we tested it, but the seller didn't know that when it was listed. I informed the seller, who was extremely friendly, and I got an apology and prompt refund. Integrity is a very valuable commodity for a person to have, and not all sellers here on ebay have integrity. I would absolutely trust this seller to buy from again.
