  Two issues. 1. USPS did not show the package for tracking which made it impossible to verify that the package was actually en route. This was an inconvenience, but the seller was nice enough to send another one when I contacted them. 2. Meanwhile, a couple of days later the original shipment showed up, but the quality was not sufficient. Specifically, for one of the wire connectors, the button to close the connection was already irreversibly closed, making it useless. 2nd shipment was fine.

  We are not in control of whether or not USPS tracking works. We have proof that it was dropped off. Normally, when an item does not track, we report a lost package and wait for USPS to report back, then we ship a replacement based on their report, which takes time. As a courtesy, we immediately shipped another item free of charge. Secondly, We were never made aware of any issues with any of the products you received. If we had been notified, we would have gladly corrected the issue.
