  Seller nicely packaged the item so that when the USPS shoved it into our mailbox, the item flexed to fit, yet did not get damaged. Pro seller for knowing how the PO works, and making sure our item didn't get damaged. Item also arrived sooner than expected, which we needed, thank you. Positive experience overall.

  This was my 2nd Patagonia jacket purchased from the seller. It was shipped and received in a timely manner. The jacket was received well packed too. The seller negotiated the price of the jacket, which, led me to purchase it below the market value. The jacket was perfectly described in the listing, which, was excellent condition. Finally, I’d definitely purchase from this seller again in the future. Thanks again for the great customer service.

  I had a very pleasant buying experience. The seller was accommodating in accepting what I felt was a fair price for the item. I was impressed with the fact the item was shipped the following day. Upon receiving the item I observed it was well packaged. After inspecting the item I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of the item.

  Item was returned, Buyer was refunded full purchase price… had to pay 1-way for shipping and free return shipping. Item as described but returned as it is a thinner/lightweight hoodie style sweatshirt and not as thick and warm as hoped for. Packaging was ok, value was good.
