  My experience with the seller was fine. I got the pills on time and I thought they were just what I wanted. But they were not exactly as advertised. I have taken then for almost a month and so far have lost only 4 pounds. I was under the impression I would I would lose more as time went on. I am not going to return them but going to keep taking them and see how things go. The seller did all of the things right as far a packing, shipping and getting them to me on time.

  Great communicator, answered my question right away, shipped same day, packaged well for shipping ! I would purchase from this seller again! Not, sure I would purchase this product again...manufacturer does not put a plastic safety seal on the outside...there was a seal on the inside. First time a desiccant pac has come apart in a supplement. This is a powder...was troublesome getting the desiccant out, lost a bit of the powder. Desiccant is poison.   The item is new, well packaged, and exactly as described. I had ordered two packages but only received one in the first delivery. I messaged the seller and he replied immediately, apologizing, and saying he would package another one up and get it in the mail the next day, which he did. I received it yesterday. Thank you.

  I ordered and paid for a Toro air filter kit on June 13th. Seller failed to ship. On July 12th, I requested a refund. Seller didn't respond until July 16th. On July 16th, Seller claimed the item was delivered on July 16th (34 days after payment ) to the "Front Desk/Reception/ Mail Room." My residential home doesn't have a "Front Desk/ Reception/ Mail Room." This Seller is far from credible. Do not buy from this Seller.
